OUR STORY
Sisters, Farrah (13 years old) and Orly (10 years old), are the little crafters behind Sisters Loom. Sisters Loom officially became a business on April 5th, 2021.
The sisters started working with loom bands when they were raising money for Guillain Barre’ Syndrome. Farrah was diagnosed with Guillain Barre’ Syndrome at the age of 4. The sisters started watching YouTube videos on how to crochet. They transferred their loom band skills easily into crocheting and started making stuffed animals.
The sisters started testing their entrepreneurial skills at family birthday parties. They would set up a store with their cousins and sell their items to their parents, grandparents, and aunts. They then decided to take the leap into selling online.
After making sales on Facebook, they tried selling at garage sales, which then led into craft sales and even a business expo. Sisters Loom has continued to create more items for sale that now include earrings, rings, slime and greeting cards that accompany their crochet items.
Farrah and Orly love taking orders and enjoy seeing the joy their crafts bring to others!
